Fluential is a close-knit team of M&A and investment professionals with complementary expertise and skillsets. We joined forces after finding that we got along well, even under the intense pressure of deals, and shared the same philosophy on how to take care of our clients and treat people in general.

In addition to decades of experience as advisors, our principals we have also served as executives, board members, fund managers and investors. This enables us to help in ways that many conventional investment banks don’t, which we think maximizes the chances and terms of a successful transaction. ​

Nearly all of our engagements come from people who know us well – our clients, their trusted advisors, and other professionals and colleagues we have worked with.
