Lee is an experienced executive, entrepreneur, and advisor, with 30+ years of executive-level management and corporate transactional experience. He was most recently Co-CEO at Jukin Media, Inc. where he helped build one of the largest media and entertainment networks in the world based on social video content, and where he helped lead its sale to Trusted Media Brands in 2021. Prior to Jukin Media, Lee served as Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Idealab!; Founder and CEO of AccessDNA (acquired by Informed Medical Decisions); and as an early employee and senior executive at Wedding Channel (acquired by The Knot).  He began his career as a corporate attorney focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, principally at Skadden Arps, one of the world’s largest corporate law firms.
