Dan is a corporate attorney, business owner, and transaction advisor who has worked every side of the deal table. He began his career as a corporate attorney at Osler, advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, before spending over fifteen years building and running Contract Testing. In 2019, he sold the company to Matrix Sciences, a private-equity-backed buyer. Since 2010, he has advised business owners on how to prepare for and navigate a sale of their own.
